Use after authoring a package skillset, before copying the pattern to more packages, and before Dojo publish.

Review formatting, evidence, usefulness, composability, feature coverage, drift, contract risks, and Dojo readiness. Reject skills that only list package features, repeat metadata, omit entry points, skip verification, or publish generated placeholder content.

Create <package>/.flowstate/skills/REVIEW.md with:

  • Verdict
  • Findings
  • Coverage
  • Drift and Contract Risks
  • Dojo Publication Decision
  • Follow-Up Work

Only review-passed skills should be converted into Dojo manifests.
